1. Subjects

1.1 The Beauty Points loyalty program ("Program") is organized and managed by Feel Srl, VAT number 03857940161, with registered office in Dalmine (BG), via Roggia Morlana 8 (" Organizer "), which manages the www.feelyourlook.com platform (" Platform ").

1.2 Participation in the Program is reserved for consumers registered on the Platform ("Users") who choose to join it, accepting the terms and conditions set out in this regulation ("Regulation"), in accordance with the provisions of the following article 3 ("Participants").

1.3 In case of doubts or requests in relation to the functioning of the Program and the contents of these Regulations, Participants can contact the Organizer by email: [email protected] or via whatsapp at 334.3981350.

2. Description of the Program

2.1 The Program allows Participants to accumulate Beauty Points ("Points") thanks to the purchases of Products made through the Platform which can be converted into vouchers that can be used for future purchases of Products ("Discount coupons") or used to redeem the prizes in the Beauty Points rewards catalog ("Catalog"), in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations.

2.2 For the purpose of greater clarity, the purchases of Products made by Participants outside the Platform (for example, on other sites and marketplaces or in physical stores) are not included in the perimeter of the Program and do not contribute to the accumulation of Points.

2.3 Participation in the Program is free and personal. Participants may not transfer Points, Vouchers or other benefits deriving from participation in the Program to third parties.

2.4 Participants can check at any time the status of participation in the Program - including the balance of Points and the availability of any discount vouchers - by accessing their personal area on the Platform.

2.5 I Points are loaded into the participant's account when the order is shipped.

3. Membership of the Program

3.1 Membership of the Program by Users is automatic and will take place upon registration on the Platform, subject to approval of the terms and conditions of sale and of these Regulations.

3.2 Participation in the Program is subject to the maintenance of the Participant's registration on the Platform. In case of cancellation of the User account on the Platform, the Participant will lose the opportunity to use the Program and any related benefits accrued (including Points and Discount Coupons) will be canceled accordingly.

3.3 Participants can unsubscribe from the Program at any time by sending a communication to the e-mail address: [email protected]. In this case, the Participant will lose any accumulated Points and Discount Coupons, even if they have already been converted. It is understood that, in the event of the User re-enrolling in the Program, the Points and Discount Coupons eliminated following the aforementioned cancellation from the Program will not be re-allocated.

4. Duration of the Program

4.1 Participants will be able to accumulate Points for purchases made on the Platform from 1 April to 31 March of the following year ("Duration").

4.2 The Points accumulated by the Participant can be converted into Rewards or Discount Coupons no later than March 31st (“Expiration”).

4.3 If the Participants are in possession of Points that have not been converted into Discount Coupons or Rewards within the term indicated in the previous article 4.2, such residual Points will be canceled by the Organizer and the Participant will lose the right to convert them.

5. Accumulation of Points

5.1 Upon joining the Program (site registration), the Participant will automatically receive 50 bonus points.

5.2 By joining the Program, the Participant will automatically accumulate Points for each purchase of Products made through the Platform during the Duration of the Program. The Participant will receive 1 Point for each Euro 1.00 spent on the purchase of Products. Shipping costs and any other ancillary costs will not entitle you to accumulate Points. It is also specified that any fractions or Euro cents will not give the right to accumulate Points.

5.3 The Participant will automatically accumulate 20 Points for each review to the site.

5.4 The Participant will automatically accumulate 5 Points for each product review.

5.5 The Participant will automatically accumulate 200 Points for the birthday. In this case the date of birth is required.

5.6 The Participant will automatically accumulate 100 Points for each friend invited to register on the site.

5.7 The Participant will automatically accumulate 150 Points on the third purchase in the year of validity of the loyalty program.

5.8 The Participant will automatically accumulate 200 Points on the fifth purchase in the year of validity of the loyalty program.

5.9 In the case of Products offered for sale at a discounted price compared to the ordinary price list, the Points will be calculated on the amount actually paid by the Participant.

5.10 The Products obtained by the Participant as a result of other promotions, including gifts, will not contribute to the accumulation of Points. By way of example, the samples, gifts or additional quantities obtained free of charge by the Participant will not contribute to the accumulation of Points.

5.11 The purchase order of Products to which the Participant applies a Discount Coupon contributes to the accrual of the Points net of the value of the Discount Coupon itself and, therefore, limited to the price actually paid by the Participant.

5.12 The Organizer may carry out promotions during the Duration of the Program that will allow the accumulation of additional Points for Participants (eg double points, accelerators on certain Products or on certain days or times). These initiatives will be made known well in advance and with specific communications published on the Platform.

5.13 Points are not transferable to third parties.

6. Redemption of Rewards and Discount Coupons

6.1 When the Prizes are available, the Participant will be notified by e-mail from the Organizer. At any time, the Participant can check the status of the Rewards in his reserved area on the Platform.

6.2 The Prizes will be shipped on the Participant's first valid order.

6.3 The Discount Coupons selected by the Participant in the Rewards Catalog will be sent automatically by e-mail.

6.4 In the event of an item being out of stock by the manufacturer, the Organizer reserves the right to replace another item with the same or superior characteristics. The official guarantees of the producers are valid for the items in the catalog, without prejudice to those provided for by law. The WEEE contribution is paid where foreseen.

7. Returns and returns

7.1 If following a purchase of Products through the Platform: (i) the Organizer should cancel - even partially - the order of Products whose purchase had generated Points for the Participant, in compliance with the provisions of the general conditions of sale; (ii) the Participant should legitimately exercise the right of withdrawal in relation to Products whose purchase had generated Points for the Participant; or (iii) the Organizer should otherwise accept the return - even partial - of the Products whose purchase had generated Points for the Participant; the Organizer will cancel, from the Participant's Points balance, an amount of Points equal to the value of the Products not delivered to, or returned by, the Participant.

8. Right of withdrawal

The Organizer allows the replacement of all items purchased, as long as they are not used, within 14 days from the date of purchase under the following conditions:

- Presentation of the Order No. to be sent via email to [email protected] or via Whatsapp at 334.3981350
- Integrity of the article in all its parts
- Return of the product in its original packaging.
- It is understood that the shipping cost is charged to the customer.

9. Amendments to the Regulations

9.1 If, during the Duration of the Program, circumstances arise such as to lead the Organizer to modify these Regulations, the Organizer will notify the Participants with adequate notice, indicating the reasons and taking care that the changes made do not affect the acquired rights of the members of the Program.

9.2 For the sake of greater clarity, any changes to the Program or to these Regulations will not affect the Points and Discount Coupons accrued by the Participants.

10. Various

10.1 Without prejudice to any other right provided for by law, should the Organizer identify a possible violation of these Regulations or of any other law or regulation by the Participant, the Organizer will send a communication to the Participant and, in the event of ascertainment of the violation, the Participant may be excluded from the Program with consequent revocation of the Points, Discount Coupons and any other benefits accrued or connected to participation in the Program.
