1.2) The General Conditions of Sale do not regulate the provision of services or sale of products from parties other than Feel srl which are carried on www.feelyourlook.com through links, banners or other hypertext links. We recommend, prior to the orders or buy products and services by the above mentioned entities different from Feel srl, to monitor their conditions of sale, because Feel srl, is not responsible for the provision of services by third parties other than Feel srl or the conclusion of transactions between e-commerce users www.feelyourlook.com and third parties.
2.1) On www.feelyourlook.com only original high and first quality products are offered. No second hand products are sold.
2.2) The products should be used according to instructions given on the packaging or in the instruction booklets and to their characteristics.
2.3) No responsibility can be charged to Feel srl for any damage to persons or property that may occur because of incorrect use of products not in accordance with the instructions.
2.4) All the information provided on the site for the description of the brands, categories and individual products has been published with the utmost attention to the correctness of the same but remain to be understood as general information material. The names, brands and photos on the site are examples used for product identification purposes. Product pictures may differ slightly in color, size, or accessory products shown in the figure with respect to the product shipped.
3) Price of the product
3.1) The price of the products is the price shown on the price list at the time of the order, with exception of special price due to discounts or promotions agreed beforehand.
3.2) The prices can be modified at any time just showing the new ones on the site. The prices charged will be those prevailing at the time of the order irrespective of any subsequent changes.

4.2) You are bound to your order once you've clicked on the button "submit order". After clicking on this button we received your order as shown on the final screen. Once we receive your order you will see an automatic confirmation of receipt containing your order number and details of purchase. The purchase agreement is completed. A copy of the receipt of confirmation will be sent to your e-mail.
4.3) Feel srl reserves the right not to accept an order or cancel it after the initial acceptance, without liability for costs or damages that may derive from its not acceptance or cancellation, in the following cases:

The order can be:
- In preparation (the order has been received but not sent yet)
- Shipped (the products have been delivered to the shipping company)
- Cancelled (the order has been cancelled)
5.1) The payment can be done in the following ways:
Note: Ways of payments different to those specified are not accepted. Please do not try to pay in ways other than those specified. The Feel srl and its representatives will not assume responsibility for the loss of pay or other damages arising from failure to comply with this provision.
- Credit or Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, PostePay.
- Cash (only in Italy). The cash payment has an additional cost of Euro 3,90 (VAT included). At the time of delivery it will be necessary to have cash in the exact amount of your order. The courier will not accept checks and can not give rest.
5.2) Payment procedure:
- If you pay with credit card, you will receive the debit as soon as the products leave from our warehouse.

6) Order processing and shipping of products
6.1) Feel srl carries out shipments from Monday to Friday, except for holidays. Orders received by 2:30 pm are shipped over the same day, others will be shipped the next working day. Three conditions must be met to consider an orderable order:
- It has been received online or by telephone with all the correct data.
- Payment has been made on our systems, except for the mark that is billed at the time of delivery (payment by cash only in Italy.
- All products are available in the warehouse.
The availability of the products reported may not match the actual inventory.
In the event an order contains a product not physically present in the warehouse, Feel Srl will promptly notify the customer, however within a maximum of 5 working days, to inform the customer of the situation and resolve the problem as follows:
- Wait for full order delivery as soon as possible.
- Replace the missing product with an alternative product.
- Cancel the missing product order and request the delivery of the items available in the warehouse. Feel srl will refund the amounts any amounts already paid by the customer for the canceled product.
- Cancel the order, Feel srl will refund all any prepayments by the customer.
- Request a partial delivery and the balance as far as possible, a solution subject to approval by Feel srl.
6.2) The ordered products will be delivered to the address indicated by the buyer at the time of order.
It is suggeste to leave an address (home or work) guarded for certain and a telephone address to be used if needed.
- Delivery is carried out by a courier selected by Feel srl normally in 24/48 from the time of departure of the parcel from Feel Srl's warehouse.
- We deliver from Monday to Friday in working hours from 9am to 6pm
- No deliveries are made to mailboxes or post office mail
- Deliveries usually come with a return receipt to be signed. Exceptions are the states where a different delivery procedure is to be agreed upon before sending the material.
- Shipments can be made worldwide, if the address indicated can not be reached by shipping partners, the order will be canceled and the money will be returned to the customer.
- The standard delivery service provides for it to take place at street level, without any prior telephone notice or special arrangements on times and delivery arrangements. Any additional services may be agreed upon and paid before delivery.
- Some places that are difficult to reach have a fee for delivery. In this case, Feel srl reserves the right to demand payment of the relevant cost before shipping. The customer may refuse this supplement and request cancellation of the order by repayment of the amounts paid.
- In case the courier fails to deliver for reasons not attributable to his / her work or that of Feel srl, the customer will have 5 days to contact the courier or Feel srl offices to resolve the problem after that period the goods Will automatically be returned to the warehouse with consequent cancellation of the order and repayment of the amounts paid by the customer with the exception of the standard duplicate shipping cost that will be retained by Feel srl as a reimbursement for the expenses incurred.

- In Europe and Rest of the World delivery is free if the amount of the order exceeds € 129.00 (VAT included), for lower orders please refer to the Foreign Cost Table in section 6.5.
- It is possible to place an order from a country other than the one where the products are to be delivered.
At the time of receiving the goods the buyer is required to check:
- the package is not damaged or tampered with, otherwise please do not pick up the merchandise and not sign any document.

6.3) If at the time of delivery, the product is damaged, defective or visibly tampered with, do not pick up the merchandise and not sign any document. 7) Warranty for products defects
7.1) The buyer, on penalty of decadence, must denounce any defects of products within 7 working days of receipt thereof. Any defect or malfunction of the products must be reported to Feel srl. The complaints will be effective only if specified in writing, by e-mail under "Contact Us".
7.2) In the event of claims of defects the withdraw of the products by Feel srl will not represent any admission or acceptans of the claim by Feel srl. The Company Feel srl assumes no responsibility of any failure or malfunction of the products purchased through the site www.feelyourlook.com.
7.3) In the event of claims of defects the withdraw of the products by Feel srl will not represent any admission or acceptans of the claim by Feel srl.
7.4) Feel srl will examin all the claims and will communicate within 7 working days by mail its evaluations.
7.5) If the complaints are motivated, Feel srl will be liable for the replacement of defective products, or different, excluding any form of compensation or damages.
8) Return Procedure
We thought of a simple and affordable procedure, to make you enjoy your online shopping experience even if your purchase does not satisfy you fully you can return any product purchased on FeelYourLook.com within 14 working (D.Lgs. 21/2014, ) days from the date of delivery. Here's how:
- Make sure that the products are in the same condition you received them.
- • Send an e-mail to email@example.com indicating the reasons for the return / replacement and number of the order.
- Prepare the package and send it to: via Roggia Morlana, n° 8 – 24044 Dalmine (Bg) – Italy. The shipping costs for the return are your charge.
- You will receive a confirmation email when we accept your return within 3 working days from the date of delivery to our warehouse.
Please note that we can refund / replace only products in good conditions.
- You can send your return only from the country in which you placed your order.
