Yes, you can place an order from a country different to where it must be delivered.

The purchasing process is completed when you are assigned a number: you will receive this number after FeelYourLook.com. has verified the correctness of the data relating to your order. You will then receive an e-mail order confirmation with a summary of information relating to your purchase.

Go to Status of the Order at the top right. You can see all the information about the status of your order.

The order will be defined as follows:
  • In preparation (the order has been received but not yet shipped)
  • Shipped (the goods have been delivered to the freight company)
  • Cancelled (the order has been cancelled)


Yes. At the time of the order you can indicate that you are doing a gift. During the phases of the shopping bag, you will need to click the box "Is your purchase a gift?" and then enter the details of the destinatary.

Choose the products that you want and put them in the shopping bag.

Note:

The mark "Your purchase is a gift" includes all the products in the shopping bag (complete order); it is not possible to mark "your purchase is a gift" only some products in the shopping bag.
Select the option "Your purchase is a gift", it is not possible any more to select cash payment when delivery as method of payment.
You must indicate the destinatary of the gift (name and last name, email and address). FeelYourLook.com will send an e-mail with the details of the gift and will ship the gift package to the address indicated by you.

You can choose the payment with credit card, debit card, PayPal, PostePay, Bank Transfer and cash at the moment of delivery (only in Italy) in the page of the Shopping Bag.

Cash payment at the moment of delivery has an additional cost of Euro 3,90 Vat Included. At the moment of delivery it will be necessary to have the exact amount of your order. The courier does not accept checks and cannot give rest.

Credit cards accepted are: Visa, Mastercard, PostePay, American Express by PayPal.

Bank transfer. The data for the execution of the transfer will be sent via email after the order.

The number of verification (CVV or CVC) or the verification code (CID) are codes that represent a further measure of safety in online transactions by credit card and allow the establishment that issued the card to verify the identity of the holder, preventing possible fraud. No, the shipping company does not deliver to P.O. box.

On departure of the products from our warehouse, you will receive at the email address provided to us, all the details and a link to follow step by step the status of your delivery.

The courier deliveries from Monday to Friday during office hours and can not make appointments. The courier will attempt to deliver the package for three consecutive working days, leaving each time a notification, on which you will find the phone number to contact him. You should not collect the goods and not to sign any document if the package is visibly damaged or tampered with.

Yes. The delivery costs are charged on customers.

We thought of a procedure made simple and affordable, to make you enjoy your online shopping experience even if your purchase does not satisfy you fully.

You can return any product purchased on FeelYourLook.com within 14 working days from the date of delivery.

Here's how:

  • Make sure that the products are in the same condition you received them.
  • Send a mail to [email protected] specifying the reasons for their return/replacement and the order number.
  • Prepare the package and send it to: Feel srl Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, n. 6 , 24044 Dalmine (BG) - Italy. The modality and shipping costs for the return are your responsibility.
  • You will receive a confirmation email when we accept your return within 3 working days from the date of delivery to our warehouse.
  • Please note that we can refund / replace only products made correctly and that the amount due will be deducted from the costs incurred by FeelYourLool.com for shipping and insurance of the goods.
You can send your return only from the country in which you placed your order.

In case you do not want to replace the goods, we will proceed to refund.

After our warehouse receives your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive a confirmation email.

The time for repayment depends on the payment method used:

  • purchase by credit card or debit card: our Bank will refund within 7 working days from our confirmation email. The time it takes to see the refund in your account can be different and depends on the institution that issued the card.
  • purchase with cash on delivery (Cash / Bank Prepaid):
    the refund will be made by transfer to a bank account provided by you. Send us an e-mail to [email protected], specifying the details of your account (the owner and IBAN).
    The Bank shall make the refund within 7 business days of our request and the amount refunded will be visible in a few days on your statement.
  • Payment by PayPal refund will be visible within 24 hours of when you will receive our confirmation email.

The accessories are guaranteed two years from date of invoice. After that date it will no longer be possible for us to intervene in any way with the replacement.
