The Wella Professionals Welloxon Perfect Activating Emulsion has a creamy consistency and is suitable for all shades of Koleston Perfect & Blondor, Magma, and Illumina Color hair dyes. It ensures more precise application of the dye, provides a perfect color result, promotes even coverage, and intensifies the color tone.

Characteristics: reduces unwanted metallic notes promotes even colour coverage highlights the final result prolongs the colour intensity proposed for Koleston Perfect Me+ shades.

Mix a predetermined amount with hair dye. Apply while wearing protective gloves. Wash stains from clothing and skin immediately. Do not use on hair previously dyed with metallic dyes. Do not use metal containers for mixing.
