Yes, it is possible to place an order from a country other than the one to which it is to be delivered.
- When does the purchase process end?
The purchase process is complete when you receive the order confirmation email with a summary of the information relating to your purchase.
- How can I check the status of my order?
Go to your profile at the top right, where you can see the status of your order.
- Can I buy a product and give it as a gift directly from the site?
Yes. When you checkout, you can indicate that your order is a gift. During the checkout process, you'll need to select the "Is your purchase a gift?" option and then specify the recipient's information.
- How does the "Is your purchase a gift" option work?
Choose the products you want to gift and add them to your cart.
During the checkout process, you can check the "Is your purchase a gift?" option.
Please note:
The "Your purchase is a gift" checkbox applies to all products in the cart (complete order); it is not possible to select "Your purchase is a gift" for only certain products in the cart. By selecting the "Your purchase is a gift" option, you will no longer be able to choose cash on delivery as a payment method.
You must provide the recipient's information (name and surname, email address, and address).
FeelYourLook.com will send an email with the details of your gift and ship the gift package to the address you provided.
- If I want to receive an invoice, what should I do?
Write in the notes field: company name, VAT number, SDI and billing address
- What payment methods are available? And in which countries?
You can choose to pay by credit card, debit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or bank transfer at checkout.
- Advance bank transfer. The bank transfer details will be sent via email after placing the order.
- Cash on delivery (for Italy only): €5.00 to be paid by the customer.
At the time of delivery, you will need to have the exact amount of your order available in cash.
The courier does not accept checks and cannot give change.
Your order will be shipped only after the payment has been credited to our account. Alternatively, please send proof of payment to info@feelyourlook.com to expedite shipping. Bank transfer fees depend on your bank's terms.

- Does the courier allow delivery to PO Boxes and Poste Resister addresses?
No, the courier does not allow deliveries to PO Boxes or Poste Resister addresses.
However, you can choose to collect the material from one of our partners' collection points. Contact us for more information.
- How can I find out where my order is?
Using the tracking number.
When the products leave our warehouse, you will receive all the details and the link to follow the status of your delivery step by step at the email address provided to us.
- What is the Tracking Number?
This is the reference number that the courier associates with your shipment.
You can find this number in the email you receive when the products leave our warehouse.
- What happens if no one is home at the time of delivery?
The courier delivers Monday through Friday during office hours and cannot schedule appointments. The courier will attempt to deliver the package for three consecutive business days, leaving a notification each time, which includes their contact number. After the third attempt, after five business days, the courier will return the package to our warehouse in Italy.
We therefore recommend that you indicate a delivery address where you will be easily found, including your home/name/company/business/office and, if applicable, the intercom number or name, extension number, concierge presence, or other information.
- What do I do if the number of packages does not match the number indicated in the carrier's letter?
It is recommended that you sign the consignment note only for the number of packages actually received.

- What do I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?
All our products are insured against theft and damage.
If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, FeelYourLook.com guarantees a replacement. Simply send us an email via the "Contact Us" section in the "Help" area, indicating your order number and the problem you encountered.
We recommend that you do not collect the goods or sign any receipt if the package is visibly damaged or tampered with.
- Can I exchange a product for another?
Yes. In this case, shipping costs are charged to the customer.
- How do I return products?
You can return any product purchased on FeelYourLook.com within 14 working days of receiving it.
Here's how:
- Please make sure the products are in the same condition as you received them.
- Send an email to info@feelyourlook.com specifying the reasons for the return/exchange and your order number.
- Prepare the package and send it to: Feel srl, Via Gandhi, 42/44, 24048, Treviolo (BG) - Italy. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- You will receive a confirmation email when we accept your return, within 3 working days of receiving it at our warehouse.
- Please note that we can only refund/exchange products that have been correctly returned and that the shipping and insurance costs incurred by FeelYourLool.com will be deducted from the amount due.

- Are refunds accepted?
If you do not wish to exchange the goods, we will proceed with the refund.
Once our warehouse has received your return and checked that all requirements have been met, you will receive a confirmation email.
The time for the refund depends on the payment method used:
- Purchases made by credit or debit card: Our bank will process the refund within 7 business days of our confirmation email. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary and depends on the card issuer.
- Purchases paid for by cash on delivery (Cash on Delivery/Advance Bank Transfer): The refund will be made via bank transfer to a bank or postal account provided by you. Please email us at info@feelyourlook.com, specifying your account details (holder name and IBAN). The refunded amount will appear on your bank statement within a few days.
- Payment by PayPal: Your refund will be visible within 24 hours of receiving our confirmation email.
- How do I return an accessory (hair dryer, straighteners, etc.)?
Accessories are guaranteed for two years from the invoice date. After that date, we will no longer be able to provide replacements.
