Shipping to Italy
FREE DELIVERY 48/72h for orders over €55.90 (VAT included).
For orders under €55.90 (VAT included), a contribution of €6.20 (VAT included) is charged to the customer.
For orders under €25.90 (VAT included), a contribution of €7.50 (VAT included) is charged to the customer.
Expected delivery times 48/72 hours from when the courier takes charge of the shipment.
For Calabria, Campania and the islands, shipping may take an additional day.
The couriers we use are: GLS and TNT/FEDEX
The Couriers They DO NOT deliver on Saturday and Sunday.
Shipping with GLS:
All orders received and processed by 2:00 PM will be received by the customer within 2 to 3 business days.
• Orders received over the weekend will be processed starting on Monday.
• As soon as your package is handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email regarding this.
• GLS will deliver your package during working hours: from 9:00 to 18:30.
• GLS will attempt two deliveries to your address.
• If after two unsuccessful delivery attempts, GLS will send your package to one of their warehouses, where you can collect it within 10 days. GLS will inform the customer of this collection option.
