The offer and sale of products on this website ( www.feelyourlook.com ) are governed by these General Conditions of Sale. Products purchased on www.feelyourlook.com are sold directly by Feel srl.
Feel srl has its registered office in Italy at Via Roggia Morlana, n° 8, 24044 Dalmine (BG) with share capital of €10,000 and is registered in the Bergamo Company Register (REA No.: BG-414329) with VAT number and Tax Code 03857940161.

1) Our trade policy
1.1) Feel srl carries out e-commerce and wholesale activities for private individuals (end consumers), companies, and freelancers.
1.2) The General Terms and Conditions of Sale do not regulate the provision of services or the sale of products by parties other than Feel srl that are present on www.feelyourlook.com through links, banners, or other hypertext links. We recommend that you review their terms and conditions before placing orders and purchasing products and services from parties other than Feel srl. Feel srl is not responsible for the provision of services by third parties other than Feel srl or for the execution of e-commerce transactions between users of www.feelyourlook.com and third parties.
2) Products
2.1) Only original, high-quality products are offered for sale on www.feelyourlook.com. We do not sell used products.
2.2) The products must be used in accordance with the instructions for use shown on the relevant packaging or in the attached instruction booklets and their characteristics.
2.3) Feel srl cannot be held responsible for any damage to persons or property that may occur due to incorrect use of the products or any use that does not comply with the instructions for use.
2.4) All information on the website describing brands, categories, and individual products has been published with the utmost care to ensure accuracy, but should be considered general informational material. The names, brands, and photos on the website are examples used for product identification purposes. Product images may differ slightly in color, size, or accessory products shown in the illustrations from the actual product shipped.
3) Product prices
3.1) The purchase prices of the products are those resulting from the price list at the time of the order, except for the application of discounts due to explicit promotions or agreements.
3.2) Product prices may be changed at any time by simple publication on this website. The prices applied will, in any case, be those in effect at the time the order is placed, regardless of any subsequent changes.
3.3) Product prices include value added tax (VAT) and will be increased by shipping costs. For details on shipping rates for each country, please read section 6 "Order Processing and Product Shipping."
3.4) Prices are displayed in Euro currency.
4) Orders
4.1) Orders on www.feelyourlook.com can be placed at any time, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Purchasing on FeelYourLook.com is very simple, just follow these instructions:
- Find the products you want
- Add products to your shopping bag (cart)
- Confirm delivery and billing information
- Select payment options
- Fill in your details
- Confirm and send the order
4.2) You are bound by your order once you click the "Submit Order" button. By clicking this button, your order will be sent to us as displayed on the final screen. Once your order is received, an automatic confirmation will appear containing your order number and purchase details. The purchase agreement is now concluded. A copy of the confirmation receipt will be sent to your email address.
4.3) Feel srl reserves the right not to accept an order or to cancel it even after initial acceptance, without any liability for costs or damages generally arising therefrom, in the following cases:
- The billing information is not correct or verifiable.
- impossibility of delivery to the address provided (e.g. incorrect address, customer unavailable).
4.4) We will send you an invoice confirmation via email as soon as the product leaves our warehouse. If you would like a paper invoice, please contact Customer Service (see the "Contact Us" section). Postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4.5) You can check the status of your order online in the “Order Status” section.
The order will be defined in the following types:
- In preparation (the order has been received but not yet shipped)
- Shipped (the ordered items have been handed over to the courier)
- Cancelled (the order has been cancelled).
4.6) The shipping address must be provided in FULL , with the name and surname present on the intercom and/or doorbell, street, house number, postcode, intercom number or apartment number, country, city, province, telephone number and email.
The name of the company, offices, restaurants, hotels and any other location requiring delivery to be specified AT must also be indicated.
If the package is lost due to an inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect address provided by the customer, FEEL srl will not proceed with either a refund or reshipment of the package.
5) Payments
5.1) To make the payment you can use:
- PayPal
- Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, PostePay.
- Advance bank transfer (The cost of the transfer depends on the conditions established by your bank).
Goods will be shipped only after the payment has been credited to our account. The bank transfer details will be sent via email after the order is placed.
- Cash on delivery (Italy only). Cash on delivery has an additional cost of €5.00 (VAT included). You will need to have the exact amount of your order available in cash upon delivery. The courier does not accept checks and cannot give change.
- Scalapay. If you purchase with Scalapay, you'll receive your order immediately and pay in three installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be assigned to Incremento SPV Srl, related parties, and their assignees, and that you authorize such assignment.
Note: Payments other than those expressly indicated are not accepted. Please do not attempt to pay in any manner other than those specified. Feel srl and its representatives assume no liability for loss of payment or other consequential damages resulting from failure to comply with this provision.
5.2) Payment procedure:
- If you pay by credit/debit card, the amount due will be deducted from your account as soon as you make your purchase.
- Every purchase is made with maximum security thanks to the use of the most advanced technology and encryption systems (SSL). You can also count on the VeriSign certificate, guaranteeing the reliability of FeelYourLook.com.
- If you pay by cash on delivery, the amount will be given in cash to the courier who delivers the goods.
6) Order fulfillment and product shipping
6.1) Feel srl ships Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and long weekends. Orders received before 2:30 PM are shipped the same day; all other orders will be shipped the next business day.
For an order to be considered fulfillable, 3 conditions must be met:
- It was received online or by phone with all the correct data.
- Payment has been recorded on our systems, with the exception of cash on delivery, which is collected upon delivery.
- All products are physically available in stock.
Product availability shown may not correspond to actual warehouse stock.
If an order contains a product that is not physically available in stock, Feel Srl will promptly notify the customer, within a maximum of 5 working days, to inform them of the situation and proceed to resolve the problem according to the following methods:
- Please expect your complete order to be delivered as soon as possible.
- Replace the missing product with an alternative product.
- Cancel the order for the missing product and request the shipment of the products in stock. Feel srl will refund any amounts already paid by the customer for the cancelled product.
- If you cancel your order, Feel srl will refund any amounts paid in advance by the customer.
- Request a partial delivery and payment of the remaining balance as soon as possible, subject to approval by Feel srl.
6.2) The products ordered will be delivered to the address indicated by the buyer at the time of the order.
It is advisable to leave a confirmed address (home or work) and a telephone number to be used in case of emergency.
- Delivery is made via a courier selected by Feel Srl, usually within 24-48 hours of the package leaving the Feel Srl warehouse.
- Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during working hours from 9am to 6pm.
- We do not deliver to PO boxes or post office boxes.
- Deliveries are generally made with a return receipt requiring signature. This is an exception in some countries where a different delivery procedure is required, which must be agreed upon before the material is sent.
- Shipments can be made worldwide. If the address provided cannot be reached by our shipping partners, the order will be canceled and the customer will be refunded.
- The standard delivery service involves street-level delivery, without prior telephone notice or special arrangements regarding delivery times and methods.
Any additional services can be agreed upon and paid for prior to delivery. - Some hard-to-reach locations have a delivery surcharge. In this case, Feel srl reserves the right to request payment of the related cost before shipping. The customer may refuse this surcharge and request cancellation of the order with a refund of the amounts paid.
- If the courier is unable to deliver for reasons not attributable to the courier or Feel srl, the customer will have 5 days to contact the courier or the Feel srl offices to resolve the issue. After this period, the goods will automatically be returned to the warehouse, resulting in cancellation of the order and a refund of the amounts paid by the customer, except for the doubled standard shipping cost, which will be retained by Feel srl as reimbursement for expenses incurred.
- In Italy, delivery is free for orders over €55.90 (VAT included) for Express shipping. For orders under this amount, the Express shipping cost is €6.20 (VAT included).
For orders under €25.90 (VAT included), a contribution of €7.50 (VAT included) is charged to the customer.
- In Europe and the rest of the world, delivery is always subject to a fee.
Please see section 6.5 for shipping costs.
Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer is required to check:
- that the package is intact, undamaged, and untampered with; otherwise, please do not accept the goods and do not sign any receipt.
- that the number of packages received corresponds to that indicated in the carrier's letter/terminal.
6.3) If the product is damaged, defective, or visibly tampered with upon delivery, we recommend not accepting the goods and not signing any receipt. Feel srl must be notified no later than 7 working days after receiving the goods. The "Contact Us" section contains all the information you need to contact our customer service. If the number of packages does not match the number indicated on the carrier's letter/terminal, we recommend signing the waybill only for the number of packages actually received. Please then notify us of the number of missing packages no later than 7 working days after receiving the goods via the "Contact Us" section.
6.4) The customer's signature on the delivery note shall be understood as certification of the conformity of the products to the order and of the successful completion of the checks referred to in point 6.2.
6.5) Shipping costs abroad:
- Austria, France, Germany, Slovenia, Spain (excluding Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla): €9.99
- Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia: €24.99
- Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal (excluding the Azores and Madeira), UK, Bulgaria, Finland, Greece, Norway, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland: €29.00
- Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia: €29.90
For other foreign countries the shipping cost is €50.00 excluding VAT.

6.6) Any customs fees and duties for non-EEC countries are the responsibility of the customer.
6.7) In accordance with GHD regulations, we would like to point out that electrical products cannot be sold in the UK and the GHD brand cannot be sold outside the European Community (Extra EU).
7) Any discrepancies and regulations regarding the guarantee for defects in the Products
7.1) The buyer, under penalty of forfeiture, must report any product defects within 7 working days of receiving them. Any product defects or malfunctions must be reported to Feel srl.
Complaints will only be effective if specified in writing, by email in the "Contact Us" section of the Site or by fax, registered mail, or explicit request on WhatsApp.
7.2) Feel srl assumes no responsibility for any defects or malfunctions of products purchased through the website www.feelyourlook.com.
7.3) In the event of a dispute regarding non-conformities, the withdrawal of the same by Feel srl cannot be construed as admission or acceptance of the buyer's disputes.
7.4) Feel srl will evaluate the validity of the complaints and will communicate its assessment to the buyer via email within 7 working days of receiving the complaints.
7.5) If the buyer's complaints are found to be well-founded, Feel srl will be required to replace the non-compliant or defective products, excluding any form of compensation or reimbursement.
7.6) All products sold are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code, which covers any defects in the purchased items existing at the time of delivery and appearing within 2 years of delivery. Any defects or damage caused by accidental events or the Customer's liability for use of the products not in accordance with their intended use or as a result of normal wear and tear are excluded from the legal guarantee and, therefore, are excluded from the legal guarantee.
8) Return Procedure and Conditions
Pursuant to Article 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, unless Feel srl decides to collect the goods itself, the consumer must return the goods or deliver them to Feel srl without undue delay and in any case within fourteen days from the date on which he communicated to Feel srl his decision to withdraw from the contract pursuant to Article 54.
The deadline is met if the consumer returns the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. The consumer only bears the direct cost of returning the goods, unless Feel srl has agreed to bear it or has failed to inform the consumer that such costs will be borne by the consumer.
You can return any product purchased on FeelYourLook.com only if it has not been used or opened within 14 working days from the delivery date, as per Legislative Decree 21/2014, following this procedure:
- Please make sure the products are in the same condition as you received them.
- Send an email to info@feelyourlook.com specifying the reasons for the return/replacement and the order number.
- Prepare the package and send it to: Feel srl, Via Gandhi, No. 42/44 – 24048 Curnasco di Treviolo (BG) – Italy. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- You'll receive a confirmation email when we accept your return, within 3 business days of delivery to our warehouse. Please note that we can only refund/exchange correctly returned products.
- You can only ship your return from the country where you placed your order.
GHD ELECTRICAL RETURN PROCEDURE
If you wish to return a GHD electrical product (straightener, hairdryer and curling iron), we recommend contacting the GHD website directly. CLICK HERE to proceed with the return.
PARLUX ELECTRICAL RETURN PROCEDURE
If you wish to return a PARLUX electrical product that is still under warranty, the procedure is as follows:
1) Send the faulty electrical product to Feel srl, via Gandhi 42/44, 24048 Treviolo (BG), specifying the reason via email or WhatsApp. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2) Once the product has returned to our warehouses, it will be sent to Parlux.
3) Parlux will decide whether to repair or replace the returned product. Waiting times depend on Parlux support.
3) As soon as we receive the product from Parlux, we will proceed with shipping it to the Customer.
Return refund
If you do not wish to exchange the goods (used or opened products are NOT accepted), we will proceed with the refund.
In accordance with Article 56 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, Feel srl will refund all payments received from the consumer, including any delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case within fourteen days of the day on which it is informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract pursuant to Article 54.
Once our warehouse has received your return and checked that all requirements have been met, you will receive a confirmation email.
The time for the refund depends on the payment method used:
- Purchases made by credit or debit card: Our bank will process the refund within 7 business days of our confirmation email. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary and depends on the card issuer.
- Purchases with cash on delivery (Cash on Delivery/Advance Bank Transfer): the refund will be made via bank transfer to a bank or postal account provided by you. Send us an email to info@feelyourlook.com, specifying your account details (holder name and IBAN). Our bank will process refunds within 7 business days of our request, and the refunded amount will appear on your statement within a few days.
- Payment by PayPal: Your refund will be visible within 24 hours of receiving our confirmation email.
9) Withdrawal
9.1) Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day "on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods."
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (our contact details: Feel srl, via Gandhi n°42/44, 24048 Curnasco di Treviolo (BG), Tel: +39 334-39.81.350 or +39 035.501242, email: info@feelyourlook.com ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form , but it is not obligatory. You can also complete and send the model withdrawal form or any other explicit declaration electronically to info@feelyourlook.com . If you choose this option, we will promptly confirm receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g., email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
9.2) Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The reimbursement may be withheld beyond 14 days only until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods or until we have received them, whichever is the earliest. These refunds will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
The goods purchased by you must not be used or tampered with before the right of withdrawal expires.
You are requested to return the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period expires. You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
10) Consumer warnings
10.1) Feel srl is not the manufacturer of the products sold through the website www.feelyourlook.com
11) Code of ethics

12) Competent Court and ODR Platform
In the event of disputes, pursuant to art. 66-bis of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the competent court is the court of residence (or domicile) of the consumer.
