1) Place a terry cloth towel on the sofa or bed. Prepare a rug and a polyethylene suit on the floor.

2) Open a bag with the help of scissors, take out the bandage and start wrapping the right leg from the inside out, starting from the tip of the foot, up to under the breast.

3) Open another bag, take the second bandage, and repeat the same steps on the left leg. As you wrap the bandage, overlap each wrap by 2-3 cm, creating a slight tension.

4) Put on the polyethylene suit, close it over your abdomen, and lie down. Relax for at least 50 minutes.

5) Remove the bandages, pat the area dry with a towel or take a shower and throw the bandages in the unsorted waste bin.
