Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and direct heat. The best before date applies to the product in its unopened package, stored properly. After opening, it is recommended to store in the refrigerator. Any slight variations in color and taste, and the possible formation of precipitates, which can be suspended by shaking, are due to the normal variability of plant-based ingredients and do not indicate an alteration in the quality of the product.

We recommend taking 1 15 ml measuring spoon diluted in a large glass of water (200 ml) twice a day, preferably on an empty stomach, 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon; or dilute 2-3 15 ml measuring spoons in 1 litre of water and drink throughout the day.

Depending on your needs, you can increase the indicated dosage by one scoop per day.
